The logo for Research & Resources for Resilience emerged while reading Greek myths. In thinking of the most resilient God or Goddess, one cannot go further than the legend of the Titan Atlas. As the story goes, Atlas, who betrayed Zeus by siding with Titans against the Olympians, was condemned to hold up the sky for eternity, and as such the high peaks in Morocco were named after him (the Atlas Mountains). The logo shows three colours, representing research, resources, and resilience, while an R stands in place of Atlas. This R both symbolises the virtues of Atlas, but also the difficult journey towards resilience that many may take.
